Worst 3 enters a lottery weighted same as current NBA's top 3. The rest is reverse order. Non-snake

Bottom 3 teams are in the lotto for the top 3 picks. Then it's done by playoff finish order.

I am game. I know Karma is. Come up with a formula and we can discuss it.
Also we have it set for weekly waivers with a budget of $50. I think this is best for dynasty. We have deep rosters for a reason and don't want streaming at all.
