Yeah he will.
He wants to win. He's already got people questioning him. The Lakers don't have an incentive to win this season because they don't have their pick. IT is trying to make $. I don't own him anymore but I bet he plays well a lot LA.

Lakers going full tank. I don’t see why Walton would be incentivized to play IT at all. If he plays well he gets a big contract next year. If they slowplay him in the name of health maybe they can re-sign him at a discount.
