Checking in for the daily NAW post.

Is the hype train slowing down after that 5-23 performance?

1 NAW post = daily ?

But since you asked, outside of the shot not falling he was still pretty damn impressive. Plays great D and looks real comfortable running the offense.

Shooting was sloppy in both games last night, these kids aren't used to B2Bs.

We start the draft today, he goes in the top 12.

How many minutes/game could that dude realistically see this year

Probably not much to start. But you got Ball and Frank who haven't proven they can stay healthy, and then Moore who is an expiring. Hart played 30% of his minutes at the 3 last year.

Reminds me a lot of the Donovan Mitchell SL performance from 2 years ago.

regardless of shooting, NAW has looked like the best player on the floor every SL game

dude is everywhere

Wasn't directed at your 1 post. He has been a hot topic in both league threads.

I like his potential and think the Pels did great to scout him and move down to get him. I also think we jump the gun on these dudes(for better and worse) based on summer league stats.

I see the similarities to D-Mitch, but that Utah roster was prime for him to step into and start dominating from day one. It will take more time with the Pels IMO. Doesn't mean he won't outperform his draft position in real life and this league...I just think it will be a few years.

*Changes are also it's not just b/c of summer league performance. There's been a lot more fantasy publications written on rookies over past couple weeks too.

We had similar ish rankings

Had I kept #5 in Tdbbl I likely would've went Clark.

You got him at like 11,i had 13th pick and went Sekou instead.

Love naw and thybulle (stocks specialist)

I believe you had him in your top 5, I just know he wasn't going that high.

I did consider taking him at 8 but went with Reddish. That will likely be a mistake. Houston had a trade to get him before Memphis moved up

I had him at 5 but wouldn't have taken him at 5, if that makes any sense. Would have traded back to someone wanting White.

I hope Ja > RJ + Clarke Or else I'll have regrets too.

I like what Memphis is putting together. Clarke and Jackson Jr look like some modern bigs that can space the floor and protect the run. Perfect fit with Ja IMO.

I know what you mean, I had him 4th initially but then ended up putting him 9th a few weeks after the draft. Didn’t realize everyone was so high on him.
