Taysom Hill being able to start at TE this week is terrible. He is QB1 on the depth chart and should only be able to be slotted in the QB slot on rosters.

I get the reasoning why Hill had the TE designation prior to being named the starting QB. He was a 3rd string QB that also played WR/RB/WildCat positions. It made sense and was fair from a fantasy perspective. However this is now not the case. ESPN should change his designation to just QB if he is QB1 on the Saints depth chart.

So CS gets to start 2 QB1's this week? No offense to you CS, but it's definitely not fair to everyone else. I don't think any QB1 on a teams depth chart should be able to be slotted into a Flex/WR/TE/RB slot.

I agree, but it is what it is at this point. Espn said they will reevaluate the situation next week.

Do you have the ability to manage our league roster spots regardless of ESPN position designations? Seems like there is another logical path forward we can take ourselves as a league.

Would need to be voted on and its damn near impossible getting in touch with people in this league. Just going to let it fly for this week though. If they don't fix it for next week then would like to take a vote.

Playing within the rules. There is still no guarantee that taysom will get the majority of snaps at QB. Also its not like I picked him up as a free agent, I bid on him. Anybody could have outbid me

I don't really have an issue with it. It's just one week and he's been a QB/TE all season. Cajun was the only one that bid on him.

Orrrrrr you could just allow all QBs to be plugged in at TE this week.

Because when you picked him up he was a starting qb for the saints that could be plugged in to the TE slot.

I just felt it was worth bringing it up to make sure the league was staying on a level playing field. I guess not. Maybe after this week we should just make the TE spot open to all starting QBs since its only open to you this week.

It’s open to Tassin Hill, and he was on waivers, and @evolve had more than $30 FAAB, what is unfair?

Was he qb1 on the saints depth chart? Whats hard to understand?

Like I said. Nothing against CS. Honestly the fault lies with espn. It's stupid that they left him with the TE designation.

I expected to much for the league to remain a level playing field. Oh well. As dj said it is what it is apparently.

ESPN has been saying all week that they were leaving him as a TE no matter what this week. There was nothing shady done here.

I’m not wrong at all. ESPN has literally been saying since Monday to keep en eye on Hill because he would keep his TE designation no matter what this week.

They’ve talked about it everyday on their podcast.

If anyone has an issue with it, help others promote getting off of the ESPN platform.

Don't worry, its just me getting bent over this week. All good. It's shady af that espn is allowing it, but it's within the rules so it is what it is. Good play by him.
