Starting Hopkins and Fuller?

Good or bad idea? It's a PPR league and the only other option is Diggs.

Either one should be fine to start. Chiefs/Texans game has the chance to be a 45-44 type game and Diggs gets the Eagles secondary who have been really bad and banged up.

I’ve got Fuller ranked higher than Diggs but, the Eagles secondary has been generous. I’d still probably go Hopkins and Fuller.
