Start D. Murray or Tevin Coleman in flex?

Can't decide which to choose. Murray looks to be on the decline but I'm hesitant to start Coleman over Murray.

Coleman. He’s been solid this year.
Murray has been losing carries to Henry and he missed practice this week and only practiced today. Said he’s a game time decision which makes me think that if Henry is eating carries, Murray won’t see many touches to be significant in fantasy this week

I could be wrong, but wasn't Murray a game time decision against the Seahawks this year where he was already splitting carries with Henry like he is now, ended up playing, and had by far his best output of the year?
