If you need the wins and WR, I'd do it.
I'm actually contemplating trading for Andre right now because I can afford to have him out for a few weeks on my bench and come back strong down the stretch.
ETA: Andre could potentially be out for 6 weeks, although I doubt it will be that long.

Definitely do that. There is no telling when or even if Andre comes back and he could get hurt again so easily. Go for the players getting you points now.
