Should I start Matt Ryan or Jay Cutler?

Ryan is projected 25. Cutler is projected 24. Ryan has a hobbled Roddy White, and will be dependent on Gonzo and Douglas. Cutler is still pretty solid at the WR. What do y'all say?

You got to go with Cutler.
Tampa Bay hasn't exactly been stopping the pass, but Ryan right now is too risky.
Cutler is the safe pick.
