Should I keep Kamara?

10 team keeper league. 2 keepers that count as your first and second round pics. Standard scoring.
Seems obvious that i should, but he was a huge disappointment last year. I'm basically starting over with an aging team.

Your keepers take the place of your first two picks regardless of draft position? Do you have any other decent options? Seems like you probably don’t have much of a choice

Yeah, like you can keep two players but they count as your first picks. So likely I'd have a choice of Kamara or CEH.
My team sucks now. Only possible keepers would be Kamara, OBJ, Rodgers (not doing that)
