Playoff Help - Multiple Positions

1 PPR. Up by 4.7 in game two of round one.
Knox vs NE or Gesicki vs NO?
RB’s are Mixon, Patterson, and R. Jones II. After last week I’m contemplating benching Patterson and rolling with a WR at flex.
WR’s are Thielen (coming off injury) and Cooks (Covid) who might not even play. Back ups are Landry (Covid, might not play), Peoples-Jones, and Toney (hasn’t played in 3 weeks). Don’t know wtf to do here honestly if Thielen and Cooks are a no go.
Have Conner on bench but being hurt and Edmonds back I don’t think he’ll matter.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
ETA Oh yea Mahomes is my QB and while I doubt any WW QB is streaming higher than him, with Kelce and Hill both possibly out I don’t know if KC will lean more on the run killing Mahomes value.
