Mariota over Stafford - Smart or Cute?

Rams @ 49ers. Falcons vs. Browns.
Stafford has so many good weapons, but has been meh in 2 of 3 games. Mariota's box scores are ugly, but his fantasy points are there. 20yds/point passing in this league. Feel like that favors Stafford.

I’m starting Goff over Stafford, just don’t like the matchup or how he’s been playing so far
