AJ Green > Harvin

...i also offered you steve smith. i know you don't like him, but he was a top receiver last season and has 400 yards this year.

Reggie was a 4th round pick in PPR, and has been pretty good.

2 starters for 1 one can help a team in some instances, even if the 1 is the best player in the deal

....yahoo says you win in that trade by 57 points.

15 point differential over 6 games averages about 2.5 points per game. so why is aj green untradeable but harvin isnt?

reggie has 6 points more than frank gore this year so far my worst rb.

acquiring reggie would move gore to the bench so the increase in production i would be receiving would only be if reggie outscores gore by a bigger margin than harvin outscores whatever wr you would give me. going off what they have done so far i would be worse off each week

i don't disagree with anything you have said...i don't think green or harvin are untradeable. It's just a matter of what me or you want for them. you don't want reggie and steve, i don't want charles. that's fine. their production has been pretty close. that's why i only used one of these >.

as far as your roster...i didn't/haven't analyzed it like you have, so the trade might not make sense for you...but again, in some situations a 2 for 1 trade can help both teams, imo, and i don't think it's a el oh el trade. It's definitely a declinable trade. I just don't get the el oh el for smith/bush for harvin or not wanting to trade Green for Charles. Charles is great, but KC is constantly behind, and we both know what that does for RBs.

it's the 36th and 40th pick for the 47th pick

i wasnt el oh eling our trade. i was el oh eling the fact that you wanted me to give up harvin but then turn around in another trade and tell that person aj green is untradeable when they have almost similar production. i thought it was an el oh el moment

i got you...and what i'm saying is I wouldn't trade Green for Charles, but i might trade Green for Charles and Steve Smith or another WR if my team was in need of starters/WRs.

Green and Charles were drafted 21st and 29th....not making a point. Yahoo has done a really nice job with their fantasy setup.

Not trying to start a holy war here.

But in a re-draft today, Charles would absolutely go top 5 and possibly top 3.

I'm not going to make any other argument on the matter.

Charles would go higher for sure, but idk about top 5...also, i enjoy the wars and the trade talks.

He's 20th in scoring amongst offensive players without a bye week. Green is 2nd.

i dont think so but thats just my opinion. a lot of his so called worth comes from his 44 pts against the saints and i think we can all agree he will not play another run d that porous maybe for the rest of his career

Within the rules. Not collusion. Similar points. Either player could have a better rest of the year
