Dynasty trade offer

I got an offer from a league member he would give me Josh Jacob, Tyler Boyd, Jarvis Landry and a 1st round pick in 2023 for Johnathan Taylor.
He also optioned David Montgomery instead of the first round pick
Wanted to know the board thoughts.
