Dynasty League draft opinions

12 team dynasty league. All players are mine for life unless traded or cut. Through various trades in previous years i have picks 5,6,8,and 10. Roster listed below...

Kickers and DEF don't matter in this discussion
S Watkins is the only veteran player available with notable value. Picking from only rookies, what would be your first two moves in my position? I think it's obvious i need WR help pretty bad. It doesn't seem there is a WR out there worth trying to trade up for, but I'm all ears.
