Dez Bryant (supposed) injury

Anyone concerned about reports of Dez's supposed "herniated disc" injury? I have Calvin and Dez as my top two picks in the draft and rely heavily on them to put up numbers........should i consider trading Dez?? What would he be worth with current situation?
QB: Romo, RG3
WRs: Megatron, Dez, Jeffery, Steve Smith
RBs: Moreno, Lamar Miller, Donald Brown, McGahee, Rashad Jennings
TE: Graham
Would it be worthwhile to trade Tony Romo and Dez and get AP and Keenan Allen? Trade rating sites Fantasy SP and Fantasy Football Nerd says that I would give up too much and KFFL says i get better end of deal.

Dez is fine. Stephen Jones and Dez himself have said its not a concern going forward. Dont trade Dez.
