I have been starting Alfred Morris and Frank Gore all year long with Murray on the sidelines with an injury, but now Murray is back and has a TD in each of his last 3 games.
Gore is on the road in Seattle and Murray plays the Saints in Dallas. I'm starting Morris but should I start Murray over Gore?
Last 3 games: Frank Gore
Carries: 23 Yards: 58 1 TD
Carries: 12 Yards: 63 1 TD
Carries: 21 Yards: 83 0 TD
Last 3 games: Demarco Murray
Carries: 23 Yards: 83 1 TD
Carries: 21 Yards: 53 1 TD
Carries: 14 Yards: 81 1 TD

I'd have to say Murray, mainly due to the Saints problems stopping the run. Fantasy Pro's start/sit has Murray at a large advantage against Gore.
And over the last 3 weeks, the Seahawks have allowed -21.2% than the average RB points while the Saints have allowed 7.9% over the average RB points (according to fftoday.com).
But, with the Saints playing the Cowboys, there could be a problem as sometimes one of the teams seem to come out flat and gets crushed. But I still think Murray might be the best choice.

I'm leading towards Murray, but I've been ridding Gore since week 1. It scares me to go away from what has worked all year long, especially in the Championship game.
