BYE Week Lineup Help. Do I start Donnell over any of these guys?

With Forte and Marshall on BYE I've been back and forth on my linup. Would you start Donnell over any of these guys? ESPN Projection in parentheses.
WR/RB FLEX: J. McKinnon vs WSH (15.3)
WR: V. Jackson @ CLE (Q) (13.1)
WR: A. Hawkins vs TB (16.8)
WR/TE FLEX: R. Randle vs IND (7.9)
BENCH: L. Donnell vs IND (13.8)
Rest of my lineup just incase:
QB: B. Roethlisberger vs BAL
RB: L. Bell vs BAL
RB: M. Ingram @ CAR
TE: J. Thomas @NE
D/ST: Chiefs vs NYJ
K: C. Parkey @HOU
