Austin Ekeler vs Deebo Samuel Keeper

I am in a dilemma on who to keep in my league. I have the 7th pick. 12 team Standard PPR
If i keep Ekeler, he replaces my round 2 pick.
If I keep Deebo Samuel, he replaced my round 8 pick.
Obviously, the value is there in keeping deebo that late and I could potentially get a Kamara/Cook/Harris RB in the first. If I keep Ekeler, I can go two elite RB's in rounds 1+2 and pick up WR's on the turn since I believe WR is much more deep than RB.
What would you do?

Can you keep more than one year? If so, how many picks does a player drop each year?
