12 man auction draft or typical 12 man snake draft?
Persuade me to the auction draft. Always have done the snake draft

In snake, your team is essentially dictated by your draft position. In auction, you can shape your team exactly the way you want to within your budget. I’d rather have as much control as possible over my roster.

Auction drafts require more strategy, give you more control over what your roster looks like, and is a lot more fun.

One of the main complaints is that auction drafts take too long. I've never understood that argument - draft day is the best day of the year, why would you want it to end early?

Do you like sex? Do you only do missionary?

If you like fantasy football, why would you only draft snake?

Plus, it’s just clearly better, requires more strategy, and a much more fair, and therefore more fun, way to draft.
