A lot of guys drafted dudes out of the top 200, so its tough to get an accurate rating... I gave the players out of the top 200 all a ranking of #200 to make each team have 15 rated players.
This is what I came up with:
RMC - 74.06
Papps - 78.7
Toula - 84
Thomas - 89.7
Barry - 90.2
CE - 102.8
Gyno - 102.9
PCT - 108.4
Frat - 111.2
MSU - 113.2
Honkus - 113.5
SFP - 115.1

Without knowing the settings, tthomasjr24, Toula, and to da Wall have strong teams... imo.
