10 Team PPR Trade I'm Stuck On (Please Help)

His: Dez Bryant and Ameer Abdullah
Roster:
Winston/Palmer
McCoy/Howard/Anderson/Martin/Henry
Hopkins/Fitzgerald/Adams/Sanders/TyWilliams/Davis
Walker
I know Dez has a higher ceiling, but with injury concerns and inconsistencies in performances against Top 10 CBs i feel he could be a little too Boom or Bust. Then again maybe I'm over thinking it as Bryant is the best player in the deal. Thoughts? TIA
