Bernie Moreno is on the verge of upsetting incumbent Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown.

He's up a bit over 170,000 votes-- about 4%. really just waiting on a big influx from Cuyahoga County before making official, that the margin may be too large to overcome for the incumbent.

This was probably somewhere in that 3rd/4th/5th most likely D to R flip seats in the US Senate tonight, so it would be a huge win.

This is an important seat not only for the formal flip of the Senate, but because it provides a tiny bit of wiggle room.

Imagine if you pull off a hard upset like Kari Lake, you'll really have a working majority that isn't dependent on more moderate Republicans.

I keep watching this race too. I think Moreno pulls it out

Lead is up to 242K, with another suburban Cleveland county pushing over 95% reporting.

I expect a call on this in the next half hour.

Would be the most satisfying Senate pick up since getting rid of Daschle.

Lead sits at 258K.

This should be a call very soon.

Seeing Tom Daschle lose was great.

Seeing Sharrod Brown lose will be greater.
