Non issue
GW Bush wasn't against Stem Cell research.
He was against Federal Funding of embryonic Stem cell research.
Federal Funding of adult stem cells still occurred during his tenure.
And private funding of even embryonic occurred.
But guess what?
Both are moot points now because we have already learned how to reset adult stem cells so that embryonic stem cell research isn't needed.
Therefore No abortions or egg fertilizations/embryos are required to get them anymore
