I thought about this last night.
Those were manufactured just like the polls were. The MSM saw that Trump was using "4 more years of Obama" as a talking point and decided to take his approval ratings up a notch.
All of those healthcare premium letters destroyed his approval. People don't really like it when you reach into their pocket.

it's weird a President with an alleged 55% approval rating at the end of their 2nd term just had their pick for POTUS defeated by someone who campaigned A LOT on ending one of the key pieces (if not THE key piece) of legislation of your presidency
