I showed up at 700 and there was no line whatsoever. Just walked in, voted, then left. Took maybe 3 min.

I got to my polling place 20 minutes before they opened here in Pinellas County. Line was already 100 deep minimum. When I finally voted at 7:40 the line was down the block. Florida is on the way to MAGA.
