Portuguese water dog

I believe the prior inhabitant of the white house had one.
Also I got to know one that was owned by a local shop keeper years ago when I was on vacation in Park City. Really nice dog. Never thought it was my style until I spent some time with it but it was a fun and playful dog. I'm not really into dogs that act like cats.

Saw one at a hunt test once. Lab people assumed it was a poodle. Talked to the owner, they seemed happy with it and it seemed fairly intelligent.
