Recommend A 27"-32" IPS QHD Monitor

I know most retailers are low or out of stock completely, but I'm looking to upgrade from these two basic monitors I use for work.
I'm not looking for a gaming monitor by any means, but if the specs meet a reasonable price it's fine. For whatever reason, I'm hesitant to LG as everyone seems to have issues with their customer service no matter what.
Budget: $300-400

dell has a bunch of options, usb-c, slim bezel, etc.
