Thanks again KR, after getting home and doing a little research of my own I have no remorse after not purchasing the rifle. Believe this or not, Wal Mart's electronic system was down, and needed to use a form 4473 for background check which they were out of! Manager told me if I could find a local FFL dealer to give me a form 4473, he could complete the sale. I've got a friend who is an FFL dealer who said he would give me a 4473. I was on my way to his house to get the form from him when I ask the OB for advice, and y'all delivered again. This is the bestest board, with bestest posters on the interwebs!
