The Normalization of Racism

Acts of racism have transcended into every day drive-by propaganda, promulgated by the media, and not even main stream anymore. My local news (town of 80k) loves a baseless, racist narrative. I’ve always thought there would be real victims come forward to put an end to this diminishing rhetoric, but nobody bothers. An idea is that there is incentive for personal gain thru Govt. action but maybe it speaks more towards the lack of racism in this country. Either way, there’s a lot of five minute time outs being handed out for acts of racism these days. The babies will tucker out, we’ll see where that takes us when it happens.
