I’m tired of dealing with this constant mud/marsh area on my property. I have installed a drain pipe at the bottom of the picture and sloped the land as best as possible to help it drain towards it. However where all my tractor ruts are never dries up and it’s turned into Delacroix type marsh. Someone suggested mixing in hydrated lime and it would help dry all that up to where I can work it better.

Any suggestions?

Can you explain that process a little bit better?

Do I just dump bags around and take my discs and chop it in?
