Shoulder injury opinion

What do you think is wrong with my shoulder?
I can bench press, do dips, close grip chin ups, reverse close grip lat pulls.
I cannot do pull ups, regular lat pulls, throw a ball, or even tuck in the back of my shirt with my right hand because it hurts so much

What does the pain feel like?
Recently I went to get my shoulder checked out, as certain movements caused really sharp pain in my right shoulder. I didn't have strength loss and would pass the movement tests, but an X-ray and MRI revealed a calcific deposit causing tendonitis. I guess maybe the pain is similar to shoulder impingement.
If you have pain,get it checked out. The orthopedic doctor told me he didn't see a tear yet but eventually a tear would develop if not caught in time. There's not much I can do now short of arthroscopic surgery.

Sounds like a bicep issue in your shoulder. Long head of biceps enters shoulder thru a groove and attaches to superior labrum on glenoid (socket). You can a labral tear (SLAP) where the biceps pulls on the labrum and causes pain. Those movements you describe causing pain puts stress on biceps /labral complex
