AT&T U-Verse Freezing Issue

Does anyone else have AT&T U-Verse and have the issue of your cable continuously freezing? Also, would you recommend any cable provider over AT&T U-Verse. I have a great tv and my picture on cable is awful. Thanks.

They did something to it over here in Katy, TX. The ping times went from 3 or 4 ms to 17 and 18 ms. Those are still good, but it’s not what I’m used to seeing on fiber.
My Roku was freezing up on YouTube, but I did some investigating last night and found someone had jacked up my network switch in the living room. Everything is running smoothly again.
Are you on fiber or copper?

I honestly couldn’t even tell you. I just have the basic AT&T cable and internet combo deal. It is frustrating to see my Netflix so clear then I put on cable and it looks like shite. And also freezes up. Do these cable companies not care about providing a better picture?
