Level homes

Anyone build with level homes and what community? Any issues and how do they tend to those issues? I’m looking towards them for a home build. Looked at Horton and wasn’t sold on the quality of materials and from a community fb page I joined; lots of issues not fixed within reasonable time. I’ve also looked at DSLD and didn’t get to see their materials but their model looked nice. Didn’t go that route due to the lack of customization. Level seems to have a better choice of customizations that are available for a home

No, second home. Current home is in Baton Rouge and I’m tired of staying here.

We looked at the some Level homes in Germany Oaks and Belle Savanne. They were nice, but a few the owners in Germany Oaks had issues with them selling their 2nd phase lots to DR Horton, we were worried they may do the same with the Belle Savanne subdivision, so we eventually went a different route. What community are you looking at?

Level Homes is taking over Carter Plantation in Springfield. Seems to be a little nicer than DSLD, but really sucks for the current owners. They’re just building a few different floor plans and it’s taking away from the custom homes.
