eta: just saw an article that bars can begin opening tomorrow.
Still not good news for a bachelor party with 22 people.

Y'all should find an empty bar and then y'all will max out the capacity upon arrival.

this is a strong possibility
also guessing Austin will be pretty dead compared to normally with a lot of parties already cancelling

yes, some bars are open now under the disguise of a restaurant
i would think some of the larger places with outdoor areas will open (rustic tap, bufords)

Find one with a large outdoor patio/area. I think I read somewhere that the 25% capacity restriction does not apply to outdoor areas as long as social distancing is practiced. Which is defined as 6’ apart from each group... not sure how they feel about a 22 person “group”
