My vizio started have the bottom of the screen glitching. It started as about an inch. Sometimes it goes a little higher. It doesn't happen right when you turn it on, but after it has been on a while. The only thing I have done was plug in a chromecast stick. I have since removed the stick and it continues. Any ideas other than the screen is going out? Should I change to a different HDMI port? Thanks.

ETA: So now I need a new TV. I am not looking for ultra fancy at this time. Looking around 50". Any suggestions? Thanks.

Try different ports and see if the issue persists.

If you have nothing on but the Display Settings Menu, can you see the same thing?

Also try a completely different source like a laptop and try it on the same HDMI port as your Chromecast

Yeah, it does it with other ports and when my laptop is hooked up to it. Looks like the screen is going out.
