ISO hunting camper

I’m looking for a 20’-24’ bumper pull camper. I might consider something a little longer. I plan to gut the living area and put bunks for a hunting camp. Does anybody have any leads? Thanks

I have one on new tires that the AC, Heat, and what not all work great.
The bad, roof leaked so it likely needs a gut.

My roof was leaking bad on mine. I got a gallon of white flex seal and painted it on thick 4 years ago and it hasn’t leaked since
