Health Insurance 2020 Thread

I know this is discussed pretty regularly. What's the best place to find health insurance for a couple that's relatively healthy but won't break the bank? Has anyone heard of those plans that are like "co-ops", community based and if so, does anyone know much about them? Just trying to think outside the box. Enrollment is coming up soon and want to have options. The plan through both of our companies are both crap. Both are between $1200-$1500/month for just the two of us.
