Team leaders are key

I was glancing at the thread "What starters and key reserves do we lose this year?" and the list of names. What jumped out at me key leader roles. Burrow, CHE, Fehoko, Lawrence, Delpit. These guys ooze with leadership.
Make no mistake that is vital in the role of overall team chemistry. It makes things special.
