Logo Enlarging/Vectoring

I have a logo for a club I belong to and we want to print koozies and shirts and this logo is too small. I understand you cannot just enlarge it because of distortion. Is there a wesbite I can pay for this. Appreciate any insight any of you are able to provide

I use this site to get images converted to SVG/EPS. You should be able to get at least 1 free one that you can use.
