Logo help needed

I’m looking for some logo help for my son. He would like the redfish tail incorporated into the state. Also a star or marker of some sort where NOLA would be in the state and the 30/-90 coordinates in the logo somewhere similar to the one below. Any help is greatly appreciated.

3Son... many thanks! Is it possible to incorporate the curve of the redfish tail into the curverature of the border of the state?

Is it possible to make the 30/-90 a little bigger and make it to where it doesn't have a white background so it doesn't cover up Lake P? You would also see the intersecting red lines as well.
