Is there any advantage to changing your oil before it gets to 0%, assuming your oil monitor is relatively accurate?

Do you own any stock in oil companies? If not, no advantage to changing oil early.

Oil monitors are a relatively new feature. Watch your mileage and compare to the numbers.

If you’ve driven over 10,000 miles and the monitor reads 25%, I’d change it early.

If you’ve driven under 3,000 miles (no dusty conditions) and it’s at 25%, I’d wait.
