I big one. I cut it into 6 or 7 sections to wrap and freeze.

Cool, I think I am going to make it.

I have a metal baking pan about 10" x 18" and maybe 2 inches deep. You think it will hold it?

That’ll hold a lot. You can also use bowls, Tupperware, etc .

How well does it freeze? Do you thaw in the fridge? I am interested in making a batch this Saturday

Texture is better fresh, but it does freeze okay. Thaw slowly in the fridge.
