Had my roof cleaned and now it's a different color

I had the north side of my roof cleaned of mildew and now it's a different color - more brownish compared to it's original dark grey. Will the original color come back?
It was done while I was at work, so I'm not sure of the procedure used, although I can still smell bleach.

Bleach turns algae an orange/brown color so it may be that it wasn’t rinsed well...and a lot of those roof wash guys don’t rinse it well. Wait until it rains real good and see if it washes off.
