Screen grab from Instagram video

There is a still shot from a public Instagram video over the weekend that I would like to grab. It was from a really cool personal moment for me and I would like to grab it at the highest quality possible for printing. Are there options better than just screenshotting with my iPhone? I'd be more than happy to pay someone with software for the image. Any ideas would be more than appreciated.

Here’s the best I can tell you: using the chrome browser open the post of the video you want.
Go into the settings, the three vertically arraigned dots towards the upper right of the window.
Hover over “more tools” and then click on “developer tools”. If you’re on a pc then you can just type Ctrl+Shift+I, not sure what it is on Mac.
This will open a couple of boxes to the right of the page. The “elements” tab should already be selected and you should see the webpage’s code. As you hover over the various lines the webpage on the left should highlight.
Find the line that highlights the video box. It will highlight way more than the video at first.
Click on the right facing triangle that is on the left side of the line of code that you found. Continue doing this - finding the line that highlights the video area and opening the nested drop downs.
Eventually you’ll get to a point where you’re highlighting just the video and there should be a long entry that has a couple of http listings.
This will take some trial and error. You’ll likely have multiple false starts, but it IS in there.
Now you right-click over the blue underlined listed website (it should look like scr=“https:// with a long address), then select “open in new tab”. This should open just the video and from there you can save the video.
Once you have it downloaded you can use whatever editing software you’d like to extract the frames you want.
ETA- there’s probably a much quicker way to find the actual video, but this is what I know.

You can also download the video with an app called Regrammer on your iPhone. Paste the link to the video, click preview, then Share. It will give you an option to download the video.
