Trying to make a Joe Alleva clownface shirt. I have the design below but am trying to get a higher quality image. Can anyone help?

I might try my hand at making a larger/clean version of this so it's suitable for putting on a shirt. Anyone know if using .png is good enough?

Most of the time you need to have a vector file so the image can be broken down into color layers for the printers. Depending on where you go a .png might be enough.

And also for resizing without losing quality.

1x1 will be equivalent to 10000x10000

So as of now it's 61MB as a .png
It's 4000x4000
I've only done the collar and his neck so far.

A preview by just using the snip tool on my screen:
I might soften the edges.

Didn't realize png's could eat up so much space.

Looks damn good. Did you apply stroke to it too?

Excuse my ignorance, is that basically outlining it?
It's been awhile since I've done any photoshopping and I do everything in gimp.

Yes'um. I think it's called the same in GIMP as well (not 100% sure)

Ah, thanks. Yeah, they have stroke to path, etc. I’ll do that once I finish everything. As for the size of the file, I’ll worry about ways to bring it down after, haha.

I regret I didn't finish this.
I got to the hair and hit a wall with how tedious it was.
