Dynasty Fantasy football question

This will be the start of our second season. We will have our Rookie draft later this summer. When do you guys open up your league for trades and free agency?

Trades should open up after the super bowl. No reason to stop people from trading.
Free agency is a different animal and it depends on your league hosting site. Sleeper, MFL, Fleaflicker, etc. allow for off-season management. If you're on Yahoo / ESPN / etc, you're screwed when it comes to free agency.
We don't use free agency until after the rookie draft.

We use ESPN. I guess people can trade and then when ESPN opens it up they can do the transactions

You'll have to keep track of trades off-site, unfortunately.
