add a profile pic or post pictures. Still figuring out best way to navigate the site.

Do you see the "Settings" button in the upper right? If you click on that and scroll down, it shows you where you can upload an avatar and sig pic. However, make sure they conform to the guidelines.

First, right click on image and save to your computer.
do you have an image hosting site? if not = Imgur
Upload the image, then click on it. select 2nd choice (direct link).
Post(paste) that link address in your TD settings page in the avatar image box.
