Looking for hi-res satellite images of a specific location on the Gulf Coast for the years 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007. GoogleEarth does not cut the mustard. I need a resolution of at least 1 pixel = 12 inches GSD (Ground Sample Distance). Preferably 1 pixel = 6 inches GSD or better. I'm willing to purchase the images.

Would anyone have a good source for these??

Thanks in advance.

Contact your local NWS office or the Office in New Orleans. They have archive Satellite data.

Look up Geospacial imaging companies. Harris and Digital Globe come to mind.

USGS earth explorer is good for this but that won't be an easy resolution to get ahold of

atlas.lsu.edu has some of those years for the Louisiana gulf coast. You'll need a GIS software.
