OT Appliance Experts- Lost water pressure while washing clothes

Whirlpool Duet front loader washer
The washer apparently lost water pressure at some point and threw an error, either f1e8, or e1f8. Which I believe is a no water pressure code. But then it just started blinking the door lock light and that is all it will do. I have unplugged it to try to reset it a few times, and I have cracked the water lines to try to let any air escape. When I plug it in something tries to run (I'm assuming water pump), but nothing happens. And it just goes back to blinking the door lock light. TIA for any help on getting this thing reset.

Sounds like you are about to learn a hard lesson about buying a computer to do a analog job

Do you have those "flow restricting" hoses (from spigot to the washer)? they are made to stop the water in the event of a burst hose, etc.
I had one that went bad and restricted my "hot" water. It took forever to fill. I replaced it and it flows great.
My washer is older. So, low flow didn't "error" anything. It just took FOREVER to fill.

I have a Maytag front loader that would stop at the beginning of the cycle. I forget what code it was showing at the time, but I believe when I looked it up it was also dealing with low water pressure. I ended up replacing the flowmeter and it's run fine since then. It was a $30 part and fairly easy to fix.

I ended up having to boot into diagnostics mode to clear the error code. (Seriously)
All good now.

Classic example of selling fancy technology that is not as reliable as simple knobs.
