Skype On Big Screen Samsung

Want to hang a webcam above my 65" Samsung in the living room, and use that as a Skype communicator. I want a neat, tidy solution, which SEEMS to be a third party appliance like an "Android Box" that does the work and hands off to the TV via HDMI. Samsung-at least-does not have the Skype app bundled inside, and doesn't offer it.

We went from life size complete systems to Logitech cams and microphones and TVs in all of our conference rooms about 2 years ago. It was a struggle getting it all worked out but it works. If you can start a Skype meeting you are good but we have several folk that need hand holding.

Nvidia shield tv has the option to broadcast full screen with a cam connected to the box through USB.
